This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all transactions between Kyraas Jewel Enterprises (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the end customer (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) with respect to returns, refunds, and cancellations for products purchased via our website.
By placing an order on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Policy in full.
To avoid any ambiguity, please review the key return rules below before placing an order:
✅ Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to eligibility (see Section 2).
📦 Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. Kyraas Jewel Enterprises does not cover return logistics unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
❌ No restocking fee is charged. However, the customer bears the full cost of return logistics and risks.
⚠️ Final sale items (including promotional or discounted purchases) are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstance.
We permit returns only when all the following conditions are fully met:
The item is in original, unused, unworn, and unaltered condition
Original tags, protective pouches, stickers, and packaging must be intact
A valid invoice or order confirmation is required
The product must pass our internal inspection upon return
Failure to meet even one of the above criteria will result in automatic disqualification of your return request.
To request a return, email support@kyraas.in within 30 days of product delivery with the following details:

Unedited images of the product and original packaging
Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted.
Return shipments must reach us within 7 business days of approval
The customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs and the safe transit of the product
Kyraas Jewel Enterprises reserves the right to deny any return based on improper packaging or condition upon arrival

For health, hygiene, and policy reasons, the following categories are not eligible for return or refund:
Earrings, anklets, toe rings, or any jewelry intended for direct skin contact
Customized, engraved, or made-to-order products
Items purchased as part of a sale, bundle, or promotional discount
Free gifts or items issued under loyalty/reward campaigns
Any item that appears worn, damaged, or tampered with
Determination of eligibility is solely at the discretion of Kyraas Jewel Enterprises.
All complaints regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@kyraas.in with:
Order number
Images of the product, outer packaging, and shipping label
A clear description of the issue
Upon internal review and verification, Kyraas Jewel Enterprises may offer a resolution in the form of a replacement, store credit, or return authorization.
Late claims or insufficient evidence will lead to automatic rejection.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If your item qualifies for return, a separate new order may be placed after return approval.
If your return is approved and passes quality checks:
A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days
Shipping charges, cash-on-delivery fees, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable
Kyraas Jewel Enterprises is not responsible for processing delays caused by your financial institution

Cancellations are allowed only under the following conditions:
The request is made within 6 hours of placing the order
The order has not yet been packed or dispatched
To request cancellation:
Email us at support@kyraas.in with your order number
Cancellation is not guaranteed and is subject to order status at the time of request
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Refusal to accept delivery will be treated as a non-refundable return.
Kyraas Jewel Enterprises retains the right to:
Cancel or suspend any order or user account found abusing return/cancellation policies
Withhold refunds or store credits for returned products found tampered with
Initiate legal action in case of fraudulent returns, fake claims, or chargeback misuse
Kyraas Jewel Enterprises reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the current version prior to making a purchase. Continued use of the website constitutes agreement to any changes made.
