This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment and delivery of products purchased from Kyraas Jewel Enterprises (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order through our website, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to the terms set forth herein.
We currently ship orders exclusively within the territory of India.
Orders with delivery addresses located outside India will not be accepted or processed.
All orders are shipped via reputed third-party logistics partners, selected at our discretion, to ensure reliable and secure delivery. We are not responsible for any service-related delays, misroutes, or disruptions caused by these courier partners.
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days of successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delays in processing may occur during high-volume periods, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience.
The estimated delivery timeline is 5 to 9 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and local courier availability. Remote areas or PIN codes may experience longer delivery durations.
Please note that all delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned at checkout prior to payment.
Promotional offers that include free shipping may be subject to minimum order values or exclusions, at our discretion.
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email or SMS will be sent to you with tracking details. It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking status and coordinate with the courier for timely receipt.
Our delivery partners will make up to three (3) attempts to deliver your order. In case of:
Unavailability of the recipient
Incorrect/incomplete delivery address
Non-cooperation or refusal to accept the order
…the package may be returned to origin (RTO). If this occurs, a re-delivery fee may be levied, and any shipping charges incurred will be non-refundable.
While we strive for timely deliveries, we are not liable for delays, misplacements, or losses once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner.
If your order is marked as “delivered” but has not been received by you, it is your responsibility to raise a dispute with the delivery partner. Kyraas Jewel Enterprises will provide support where possible but shall not be held liable for third-party delivery issues.
In the rare event that your parcel appears tampered with, opened, or damaged:
Do not accept the delivery
Record video/photo evidence immediately
Contact us within 12 hours of attempted delivery at support@kyraas.in
Claims made beyond this period or without proof may not be entertained.
Requests to change the shipping address after order confirmation may not be accommodated. If approved, such changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order, and are subject to feasibility.
KYRAAS shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, civil unrest, or courier partner disruptions.
